First time i uploading current state of application.

Features:

• simple interface (see attachments: interface2.jpg)
• generate profile in html format (see attachments: test3.html
• output contain responce time decomposition by events group, decomposition by cursors, cursor description (db-actions per row, pre execution and etc.), statements map
• working in command-line mode and window mode (Tk/Tcl):
• current version work with single trace file (mts and px. not supported yet)

Enviroments:

• tested with trace from Oracle 9.2.0.4 and some 10...
• running with Python 2.6.4 or 3.1.1
