First time i uploading current state of application.

Features:

simple interface (see attachments: interface2.jpg)
generate profile in html format (see attachments: test3.html
output contain responce time decomposition by events group, decomposition by cursors, cursor description (db-actions per row, pre execution and etc.), statements map
working in command-line mode and window mode (Tk/Tcl):
current version work with single trace file (mts and px. not supported yet)
